Where are you located?

I am located at 736 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta GA, 30306 inside Forte Salon. You can find me within the same lot as Bookhouse Pub and Southern Star Tattoo. We have free, on-site parking.

Do you offer promotions or discounts?

Yes! Occasionally, you’ll see a special deal pop up on my instagram with promotional offers and discounts. Keep up with my mine, and Forte’s socials to take advantage! On top of that, we offer punch cards that can earn you free product and a free haircut!

What are your hours of operation?

I provide services on Thursdays and Fridays, 10-6 and 9-4, with Sundays by request. Please reach out to discuss accommodations!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service. 

What happens if I am unhappy or need an adjustment after my service?

I am happy to provide any adjustments free of charge within 7 days of your appointment.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes! Walk ins are always welcome. I highly advise calling an hour ahead to ensure availability. If I am not available, I am happy to place you with another one of our extremely talented stylists at Forte.

What products do you use at the salon?

We use R+Co and Hairstory as our backbar and styling products, while Wella is used for your color services. R+Co is Gluten-free, Sulfate-free, Paraben-free, and Vegan!

Do you recycle?

Yes! Recycling is our Forte! We partner with Green Circles Salons to recycle all waste produced within the salon. This includes glass, plastic, paper, aluminum, and even our hair!

Do you provide gender neutral pricing?

Of course. We pride ourselves in creating a safe and inclusive space for all walks of life. You are only charged for the time spent in the chair.

What if i’m late?

Please ensure you do not arrive later than 15 minutes, or your appointment may be altered or shortened. Anything past 15 minutes may result in cancellation with a charge, or if time permits, a charge added to your existing appointment.

Do you provide snacks and beverages?

Of Course! We provide a wide range of drinks including Topo Chico, wine, beer, tea, coffee, and water. We also provide granola bars, gummies, and chips to maximize your experience and comfort within the salon!

Can I be a model for you?

In special situations, Forte offers opportunities to model for photoshoots, classes, and trying out new services. Prices range from $25-$100 to cover product!
